Shipping Policy Shipping rates are not available through this website and the shopping cart for oversized or overweight products. After your order is placed, we will work with our shippers to find the best rates possible for your order. We will provide the shipping cost for your approval before we ship your order and process your charge.
Damaged Merchandise Claims for damage during shipment must be made by you to the delivering carrier in writing at the time of package receipt, or as required by the carrier. Fiberwerks cannot initiate claims for you. Fiberwerks is not responsible for damage during shipment. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Fiberwerks Limited Warranty and Return Policy All Fiberwerks products are warranted against structural defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of shipment from our facility. Structural defects are limited to delamination, blistering, or cracking of the part, and excludes any damage caused during shipping. Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts found to be defective by Fiberwerks. Authorization of repair or replacement shall be made at the sole discretion of Fiberwerks. This warranty excludes any and all labor, paint, installation and any other charges. All products must be pre-fitted before painting. This warranty also excludes any defects caused by abuse, neglect, damage in transit, accident, altered parts, or parts that have been installed incorrectly. Alteration voids all warranty. Special orders cannot be returned. All shipping charges must be pre-paid by you. (added July 9, 2008) In the event that repair or replacement cannot be made, at the sole discretion of Fiberwerks, a 5% processing fee plus a 20% restocking fee will be charged for the returned part(s). Order Cancellation Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment has been made. All orders cancelled prior to shipment will be charged a 5% processing fee plus a 20% restocking fee. International Orders All costs associated with importation are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at time of customs clearance and/or upon delivery to the destination country. Import costs are not included in merchandise price or shipping charges. Please check with your local officials or shipping office to get a cost estimate before placing your order. If customs and duties are not paid, goods will be abandoned and no refund given. If you fail to pay the costs associated with importation and the shipping company delivers the product without collecting these costs you are still responsible for them. If the shipping company bills Fiberwerks for these importation costs we will charge them to your credit card plus a 5% processing fee and then make payment to the shipping company or customs agency on your behalf. We will provide the shipping cost for your approval before we ship your order and process your charge. We do not ship some products internationally and reserve the right to refuse orders shipping to certain destinations.
