Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on all orders over $100*
*For orders placed online shipping ground to the continental United States [excluding oversized and overweight products]. All items associated with the free shipping promotion will be clearly marked with Free Ground Shipping for orders totaling over 100!, or Free Ground Shipping on this item! For all items not associated with the free shipping promotion [due to size or weight] a shipping method and price must be selected in the shopping cart. Fiberwerks reserves the right to correct or amend any orders received with incorrect shipping selected. An email will be sent explaining any changes.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are are not included in the Free Shipping promotion.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Fiberwerks Speedshop Return Policy
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt with all original packaging and in new, unused, and resellable condition. Used and altered products cannot be returned. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number before shipping your return. All refunds will be in the amount of the total minus all shipping charges and minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited [other than incorrect products shipped by our error]. Please ship returns by a traceable method. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS AND COD / POSTAGE DUE SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Refused shipments will be charged an additional 15% restocking fee and will be credited less actual shipping costs.

If your order has been damaged in shipment you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

International Orders
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Customs procedures and charges vary from country to country and Fiberwerks Speedshop is not responsible for any costs, delays, or errors caused by shippers or customs once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

All costs associated with importation are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at time of customs clearance and/or upon delivery to the destination country. Import costs are not included in merchandise price or shipping charges. Please check with your local officials or shipping office to get a cost estimate before placing your order. If customs and duties are not paid, goods will be abandoned and no refund given.

We will provide the shipping cost for your approval before we ship your order and process your charge. We do not ship some products internationally and reserve the right to refuse orders shipping to certain destinations.

Inventory Policy
While we strive to have all products available, shortages may occur. We will contact you if your order can not be shipped promptly. Out of stock product can usually be restocked in two or three days.

Privacy Policy
Your personal information is never sold, shared, or rented to anyone under any circumstances. Your credit card information is processed using the highest data encryption technology available.

Sales Tax
Orders shipping to Florida are subject to 7.5% sales tax.
